What is this course about?
It’s all about balancing our base chakra.

When we balance the base chakra, we experience a sense of vibrancy, a sense of aliveness, and we become much more grounded and present in our physical bodies. We have more physical energy as well.

Days 1-3
BODY WISDOM
For the first three days we will be focusing on reconnecting to the forgotten wisdom of our bodies. By setting the intention of becoming more consciously aware of our bodies, we open up to a clearer communication between body and mind. We learn to understand the signals that our bodies are sending us, and can begin to interpret the language of our symptoms.

Days 4-6
POWER ANIMAL
Most of us tend to already have some kind of affinity with the species that our power animal belongs to. Our power animal always has a lesson that we need to learn. It has a unique instinct and a way of being that we need to embody as part of our unique journey. When we can truly connect with the spirit of this animal, it can be a tremendous guide and support in our lives.
Days 7-10
CHANTING
For the last three days, we will be using the powerful practice of chanting as our main meditation and healing tool.

    Author of the Course

  • Jamilia Zeynalova
    Facilitator of the Course
    • Jamilia has an extensive background in marketing communications, however, she spent last several years exploring and probing various spiritual practices in search of something that would resonate with her soul on the deepest level.
    • In 2019, she started a deep spiritual journey that brought her to the realization of one of her life missions. Being a devoted dancer in her soul and having spent 12 years of her childhood dancing, she found her mission at the junction of dancing and spiritual practice.
    • This way, she became an official facilitator of Chakradance practice in Azerbaijan.
    • Jamilia is an open-minded, constantly learning enthusiast, ready to guide you in a beautiful journey of exploring your true self through the spiritual dance practice.
